• During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

ORDER TRACKING

• Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available.

• Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and help make it right.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
