Many KAVENRO products are made to order. Minor variations in print placement, color, dimensions, or appearance may occur as part of the production process.
3. PRODUCT SIZING
Size guides and garment measurements provided on our website are intended to help customers select an appropriate size.
Measurements are approximate and minor variations may occur between individual garments.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide before completing an order.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding incorrect size selections and made-to-order products.
4. PRICES & CURRENCY
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the KAVENRO website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
Product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where reasonably necessary, cancel an affected order and issue any applicable refund.
5. ORDERS
When placing an order with KAVENRO, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, contact, and shipping information.
You are responsible for reviewing your product style, color, size, quantity, shipping address, and other order information before completing your purchase.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered production or has been shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If KAVENRO cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, any applicable refund will be issued to the appropriate payment method.
6. PAYMENTS
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location, device, or payment provider.
By submitting payment information, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At this time, KAVENRO ships to customers within the United States.
Standard Shipping: $6.99 USD
Free Shipping: Available on orders of $99 USD or more.
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5–8 business days.
Delivery estimates are guidelines and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, order changes, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Because many KAVENRO products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.
This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact KAVENRO Customer Support as soon as possible.
Because made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or production has begun.
10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact KAVENRO Customer Support as soon as possible.
We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs reasonably necessary to review the claim.
Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and any rights available to you under applicable law.
11. RETURNS & MAILING ADDRESS
Please do not send merchandise to our published mailing address without contacting KAVENRO Customer Support first.
Our business mailing address is not automatically the return destination for merchandise.
If a physical return is required as part of an approved claim, KAVENRO Customer Support will provide the appropriate return instructions.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content available through the KAVENRO website, including our branding, logos, graphics, product artwork, photographs, text, website content, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to KAVENRO and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
